PRE-COMPANY INFORMATION

 

Pre-Company Classes…

I am so excited about this program, and know that these dancers are going to be amazing at their first competition.  They are in good hands with Kassi, Natalie, and Shanna!  I have enjoyed meeting with many of you, and want this to be an amazing experience for your young dancer!  I would like to have another meeting with you on Friday, October 17th, at 5:15 p.m. (once your children get into class).  This will be a quick one in the lobby to answer any questions you may have regarding the competition schedule.

 

 

From Ms. Phyllis…

Welcome to Pre-Company – We have a fantastic group of dancers for our Pre-Company Program.  We’ve already had a parent meeting, and I’m very excited about the families that are involved.  Natalie Wise, Shanna Colbern, and Kassi Butler are the teachers and choreographers for both Pre-Company 1 and 2.            

 

Parental Support…

Parents play an important role in the success of their children and the programs they are involved in.  At Steppin’ Out, we expect parents of children in our special programs to be supportive, respectfully, and courteous at all times to all team members and their families.  This studio will not tolerate rudeness, jealousy, resentment, and disrespect!  Those who like to “gossip” and “stir the pot” are those who will plainly ruin it for their children!  This is a “drama free” zone...when you enter the premises of this business you are asked to to show complete support for the staff.  We are entering into our 19th year in business and have a solid reputation both regionally and nationally.  We know what we are doing...we ask that you allow us to do what we do best!

 

Successful Children have parents who do the following:

*Lift Up and support of all our children, not just their own.

*Teach their child that there is always going to be someone better than they are.

*Teach their children to be happy for others.

*Give a hand to those who may be behind or struggling.

*Stand firmly behind the teaching staff.
